Payments Accepted TOP

Payments are processed through PayPal or ProPay.

Shipping TOP

Orders are typically processed within 2 business days.

Delivery is 5-7 days after the order is processed.

Delivery days may differ due to certain items being shipped from different locations.

Shipping is a flat rate of $4.75. Free shipping is available for orders of $150.00 or more.

Free shipping applies only in the 48 continental states.

Orders shipped to Canada start at a rate of $14.95 for ground shipping.

We will gladly match product prices.

Returns TOP

All returns must have prior authorization. Please contact us at landylusboutique@charter.net

Only exchanges or store credit will be given. No refunds.

All returns must be made within 14 days of shipping date. Items must still be in new condition with original tags still attached. We reserve the right to deny any returns if they appear to be in used condition and item(s) will be sent back at the customer's expense.

Shipping costs are non-refundable and additional shipping charges may apply.

All drop-ship items must be returned to the manufacturer at buyer expense.

A 10% re-stocking fee will apply.

Landy Lu's Boutique is not responsible for lost, delayed, or damaged items that are being returned.

Damaged Items TOP

We take great pride in our products and hope that orders are received in flawless condition.

If an item(s) is damaged, we will gladly exchange the item(s) or offer a store credit.

We will also be responsible for the exchange shipping charges.

We reserve the right to cancel orders or refuse service to anyone at any time.

We reserve the right to cancel orders for incorrect advertised prices or have been discontinued.

We reserve the right to cancel any oders made through incorrect postings of color, style, price, etc. If orders are cancelled after payment has been made, you will be refunded.
